Elements Private Golf Reserve background

Design of Elements Private Golf Reserve

Elements Private Golf Reserve prides itself on the concept of having a world class golf course which is integrated into a natural bushveld setting. This does not follow the typical golf estate layout which floods the edge of the golf course with houses. Owners are provided with with a true African Bushveld experience on and off the course.

The built component of Elements Private Golf Reserve is as pristine as its natural surroundings. Designer Carlos Mota and architect Rob Cary have combined their proven skills to create buildings in a contemporary African theme that will harmonise with the setting and compliment the visual pleasure making Elements Private Golf Reserve one of the most stunning property developments in South Africa.

Property developments in South Africa are always looking to innovate. New environments can be revealed inside the homes. Colour, texture, lighting options and other "elements" that make up a home have been carefully considered and will be used to their full potential. With the astute use of space, glass, decks and openings, one will have the options of looking through the living areas to maximize the views and enhance the natural bushveld. Not many property developments in South Africa have such raw natural beauty at their disposal as Elements Private Golf Reserve.

In the last 10 years or so, developers, designers and architects have had the benefit of hindsight in previous designs and planning regarding property developments in South Africa. The key is all about balance and obtaining the perfect harmony suited to the property development in question.

The Elements Golf Course enjoys wide acclaim and is ranked in the Top 10 Golf Courses in South Africa for 2009 and 2010 By Golf Digest. This ranking has been achieved on the back of a modest maintenance budget and with the incorporation into Waterberg the entire facility will receive a boost affording Elements the opportunity of becoming the top ranked course in South Africa.
